I don’t think I’m bullshitting when I say that this compilation was a major milestone in the Spanish dark scene: a CD bringing together exclusively local bands from such anti-commercial styles as dark folk, spoken word or dark ambient, and which many saw as a suicidal move, but which became a widespread success thanks to the incredible quality of each and every of its tracks, thus showing that there’s a real possibility of bringing even the most unconventional projects to the light when quality and professionality are present.

This CD managed to make many of the featured bands known throughout all Europe, showing that our scene, although dispersed, is up to the standards of any international outfit. A great pride, no doubt, for all participants.

Both the Morpheus and Chaos Condensed tracks are exclusive for this compilation, and do not appear in any other of the bands’ recordings.
