30.03.06: The news section has moved! It has now been transferred to my brand new blog, Why this change? Very simple: RSS Feeds. 17.04.06: Updated info for "Noir" compilation in the Morpheus Discography section. I tried to be nice about this whole affair, but my good faith has a limit. 04.04.06: Spanish webzine Sonidobscuro has published a fantastic review of Trajedesaliva and Chaos Condensed's split CD, "Ciertos animales de costumbres discretas". You can read it here. Three more photos have been added to the "unclassifieds" gallery. These are my first experiments with digital emulation of darkroom techniques, and I think they have turned out quite nicely. response to "Rebis"
is being overwhelming, with the site's traffic having
rocketed to
almost 400% of what I had expected for the whole month in just a week! I would like to personally
thank everyone who has downloaded it, posted the news in their sites or
somehow helped to make this possible, but obviously that would be
impossible. A great big global "thanks to all!" will have to do, but
you know who you are...
The first review of the album comes from Dutch e-zine Monas, one of the most interesting and informative publications out there in the Net. Check it out here! 09.03.06: "Rebis" is out! And guess what, it's available for free! Yup, that's right: I'm not even sending it to any record labels. Fuck the middle man! Download it now in the Discography section! 24.02.06: Two new
prints, "Doppëlganger" and "Dead man's hand", added to the prints shop.
18.02.06: "Ciertos animales de costumbres discretas", a split CD by Chaos Condensed and Trajedesaliva, has been released by Caustic Records / La Defunción. This work, which features 4 new tracks from each band plus two more done in collaboration, marks the end of Chaos Condensed as a common project and the dispersion of its members into individual activities. You can listen to two sample audio fragments from the CD in the Discography section. 09.02.06: Morpheus' next work, "Rebis", is about to be definitively concluded after a span of three years during which the album has been modified and rebuilt an insane number of times. With all tracks save for one closed and mastered, the CD will be on its way to various record companies somewhere during the first months of 2006. 10.01.06: Morpheus will contribute with photographs, arrangements and an unreleased track to the next album from spanish dark industrial ambient project Foetal Noise. This CD, still untitled, is the follow-up to the band's disturbing debut "Madre Larva" and, like its predecessor, will follow a conceptual storyline. |
