I definately feel this shot is pornagraphic and definately not suitable for an unrestricted audience. It is quite disturbing in that it has elements of rape scenarios in it which would be so traumatising for any victim to see. I can definately see why it was banned and I’m really surprised that you cannot. Either you are very naive or very arrogant. I so would not want any of my children to ever see this, and that is a very fair request which you should respect. It could definately be considered misogynistic, I know it is meant to be rape fetish but to the majority of people this is distasteful. I find it is in bad taste and I am an adult who engages in fetish activities. I think what makes it worse is the fact that you dont understand that this is not appropriate for a young audience and is very distasteful, even traumatising, for many. I know everyone defends their own artwork but the tantrum on deviant art was really offensive in that it trivialised the concerns and issues attatched to why your image was censored. I love many of your images and they are truly beautiful but I am deeply shocked and disturbed that you feel this should be able to be seen by victims of attacks or by children.

Fact 1: this shot was not banned from DA because of the scene depicted. It was deleted simply for portraying a dildo. According to DA’s policies, any portrayal of sex toys is automatically considered “pornography”. By those rules, this is pornographic. Is it? If you think so, then you’re definitively out of your mind.
Fact 2: shots like these were already tagged as “mature” and “restricted”, which meant that your children would not have been able to access them anyway. Neither would you, as both sites have warnings and filters for grown-ups who don’t want to see restricted stuff either.
These facts alone blow your petty little rant to the wind, but there’s more, of course.
